Question by CC: How much is this engagement band worth?
I know pawn shops give you a fraction for what you pay for jewelry. What would a platinum engagement band with diamond chips around it be worth? It was bought for 3,600 four years ago and has been sized down to a size 4.

Hi, I answered your other post about this band and I would say the same thing again,
Take it to a jeweler to see how much replacing the solitaire diamond would cost and ask, at that time, what the diamond band is worth.
Without knowing the quality and the size or cut of the diamonds, it is absolutely impossible for anyone to guess how much the ring is worth. Because the band was custom made, it initially had those fees incorporated into the price. But, now, it is just a band to anyone who looks at it and I assure you, it is no longer worth $ 3,600, particularly because the solitaire diamond is missing.

Trevor & Lynn Engagement Shoot

This was the first engagement shoot that I have done and I was excited that I got to do it with two of my friends: Trevor and Lynn. They're really cool people. Trevor popped the question earlier in the summer and they called me right away to ask if I would do some engagement shoots for them. They also wanted me to do their wedding, but I told them I wanted to enjoy the wedding, not have to photograph it. I think Lynn believes she can still find a way to convince me to do it.
The shoot was done at Scarborough Bridge in Cherry Hill, NJ (one of the last covered bridges in the State of New Jersey), which is where he proposed. They were great to shoot with and the weather was awesome. I must confess, I did browse flickr for a while on poses I could use, so not all of these poses are my own making.
